Empowering Youth: Hanmi Semiconductor Supports World Vision Taiwan’s Youth Development Programs

Hanmi Semiconductor once again joins hands with World Vision Taiwan this year to support youth programs that help teenagers explore self-identity, build confidence, and discover their potential. Through structured activities guided by social workers and trained facilitators, these programs provide safe spaces for young people to reflect on their strengths, learn teamwork, and develop essential life skills.

桃園在地企業韓美半導體今年再度與台灣世界展望會攜手，支持以青少年自我探索與成長為核心的系列活動。在社工與專業帶領者的引導下，參與的孩子能在安全的環境中認識自我、建立自信、探索潛能，並在團體活動中學習合作與生活技能。

 

This year’s support enables more teenagers to join workshops and experiential learning activities designed to spark self-discovery and resilience. Many participants have shared that these programs helped them better understand their emotions, clarify goals, and find the courage to take steps toward a brighter future.

在企業的支持下，更多青少年得以參與各種工作坊與體驗式課程，從中培養韌性與自我覺察。許多孩子表示，活動讓他們學習整理情緒、看見自身優勢，也更有勇氣邁向更好的未來。

A Hanmi executive expressed support for youth development, saying, “We hope these young people can recognize their own value and feel encouraged to continue growing. Supporting youth is an important part of our ongoing commitment to social responsibility.”

韓美半導體主管表示支持青少年發展，並指出：「我們期盼青少年能看見自身的價值，並在鼓勵中持續成長。支持青少年，是公司長期投入企業社會責任的重要一環。」
